How Your Donations Help
We have amazing Riders, but their participation would not be possible if they didn't have donors who believed in them. The friends and family that support our participants are really the backbone of the support we are able to give to our selected beneficiaries. Make an online donation or submit a donation by mail.
A unique element to our Ride is that our participants get to select which beneficaries they want to support from their fundraising efforts from the list below:
|Meal delivery program that delivers free, nutritious meals to the women and men affected with breast cancer, including their caregivers and dependent children. Meals provided by Open Arms of Minnesota.|
|Financial support. Supporting the Angel Foundation will benefit adults affected by breast cancer in the seven-county metro area. Funds raised will help pay for their urgent non-medical necessities such as food for their families, utilities to warm their homes, rent or mortgage payments, or gas to get to their doctor appointments. Funds provided and dispersed by the Angel Foundation.|
|Knowledge, Care and Research. Masonic Cancer Center, University of Minnesota fosters its mission of advancing knowledge, enhancing care by creating a collaborative research environment focused on the causes, prevention, detection and treatment of cancer. Researchers focus on improving the quality of life for patients and survivors and share their discoveries with other scientists and the community. Learn more about the Masonic Cancer Center.|
Mentorship. The Firefly Sisterhood is a Twin Cities non-profit, founded in 2014, with a vision of a world where no one faces breast cancer alone. The mission of Firefly Sisterhood is to foster community-based one-to-one connections between women facing a breast cancer diagnosis and inspirational survivors. These connections are personal and local. Breast cancer can be devastating. However, we know that with the support of someone who has been through treatment, surgery, or reconstruction, the journey from diagnosis to healing can be less daunting. |Education. The Breast Cancer Education Association puts on a very important yearly conference with a mission to serve women and men in the community by providing easy access to support and information about breast cancer and to enhance the quality of life for survivors, family and friends.
